    Andrea and Fary bent over backwards to help my family find a home that was right for us. We were staying in a hotel, which was getting expensive, so we desperately wanted to find a house asap. They quickly found a bunch of houses, and we visited 20 of them, finding several that were perfect before deciding. They walked us through everything from inspections to utilities to closing and made a daunting process easy. We also have a special needs child, and they made him feel super welcome and at ease. It felt more like dealing with good friends than any sort of formal business arrangement. If we need to sell or buy again, I will call Andrea again, first and foremost, and I would also highly recommend her to anyone else looking to buy or sell.

    First time homebuyer. Andrea showed us our first house last fall. Upon meeting her, she had such a warm and friendly personality. She was so through and answered all of our questions during the walkthrough. We did still want to explore other options during our house hunting. She was always so flexible to schedule a showing as soon as I sent her a house I wanted to look at! She was transparent and gave me any info I needed right away to help me consider taking the time out of my day to look at these other properties, which I appreciate as I have 2 young children. Communicating with her was so casual and stress free even with my millions of questions, daily. I know she is extremely busy with her work. Several showings later, we realized the best fit for our family was the very first one we saw with her a few months back in the fall. Her determination is the reason why she is successful and highly recommended. Unfortunately, for those potential buyers at the time, their deal fell through and we were able to be next in line to have the opportunity to start the home buying process. What a rare thing to happen! We are so glad it did. If it was not for her consistency and dedication, we would not have had the opportunity!! She helped guide me the whole way through this process that can be so stressful. Buying a home, especially your first can be bumpy and requires lots of patience. Andrea made it as easy as possible.
